Exchanges

We currently do not conduct exchanges for our online scrunchie orders, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at hello@onetwistscrunchie.com. We are always happy to help!

 

DEFECTS

We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product thoroughly multiple times for quality control. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at hello@onetwistscrunchie.com with your order ,a photo of the product and start a conversation on how we can make it right.

 

DELIVERY TIMES 

Update: Due to Covid-19 you may expect delays in your order. 

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They are estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.

ONE TWIST SDH BHD. are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by any Courier Providers 
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • Stolen packages after delivery

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (3-5 business days) using our selected Courier Providers. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
